Rocky Neugebauer is a lead installer at Underfoot inc. Originally from Houston Missouri, Rocky has over 25 plus years experience in the flooring industry. Rocky is an expert in laying carpet and sheet vinyl. He has been involved with many flooring projects over the years from hotels, mansions, the Branson Hilton Convention Center, to even a rug for the president!
